Playing with the Cameras

Just because wire photographers think Obama's speech from last night was the most serious thing ever doesn't mean that you can't have a little bit of fun at the photographers' expense. (Oh, and our congratulations to Brad Thor, whom is apparently an oft-read favorite over at West Point.)

A U.S. Army cadet shows off a book that he is reading entitled "Kill Bin Laden" as he waits with other cadets for U.S. President Barack Obama to deliver an address on the U.S. policy in the war in Afghanistan at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York December 1, 2009. Obama is expected to announce a plan to send 30,000 more U.S. troops to Afghanistan over six months in a bid to beat back the Taliban and bring a quicker end to a costly and unpopular eight-year war. hahahhahhaaa.

The photos I saw in the regular true media made it out that the reader of the Kill Bin Laden book just happened to be reading it BEFORE The One graced their presence and dictated their lives for ever more.

No simple coincidence.
