Is there an Advil for that?
AP stringer Pablo Monsivais captures this brilliant composition, which I think illustrates quite clearly how weary the adult members of our population are with the childish antics of the anti-War (but strangely silent about non-American wars) left.
But still, did he wait a while to get this particular shot, or did he just capture it accidentally in series?
Not that it matters, since it's a very poignant shot that puts today's debate over Afghanistan into perspective, but still, it'd be interesting to know. Aside from that, the saddest part of this, of course, is that somewhere, there's a nitwit in Congress that actually invited these grown-up children in to this particular committee meeting. Perhaps even a nitwit that sits on this very committee.
Scary.
