Dictatorship Shot of the Day

Sorry for being so busy today. I got to play plumber for a little bit here at Rancho Kooko. In case you've been stuck in a cave, you've missed out on rumours of Osama's death (or not), a terror threat in Prague, the undoing of Hugo Chavez's Citgo, and someone actually reporting that Hezbullah is the population of Southern Lebanon.

Figures I miss a day like this.

Here's the latest installment of the Dictatorship Shot of the Day. As always, this is here in the hopes of educating the hopelessly inept.

Heads of state of developing countries from around the globe, including anti-American leaders like Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Hugo Chavez, are expected to attend the 14th Nonaligned Summit.
