OUR COWARDLY PRESS--Or, "Yet more of the same"

YES, MR. BALLAS, I CALLED YOU A COWARD!
Once again, here's a dramatic picture of our press, embedded with the enemy as usual.

Notice, however, how many "innocent civilians" this man is surrounding himself with, WHILE firing at Israeli troops.

The Israelis, of course, will not fire back, as the likelihood of them hitting any number of people behind this coward is too high. Our cowardly photojournalist, of course, reports the official terrorist line:--”11 "unarmed" Palestinians were injured.

(Note: Content has been re-written now that I've cooled off some.)

Of course, our intrepid photographer doesn't seem to mention the armed terrorists that are using these unarmed civilians as cover! This is what I mean when I say that terrorists are cowards who hide behind civilians. Muslim terrorists, the IRA, it doesn't matter. They're all guilty. What makes this infuriating is that the high and vaunted press--which collectively reminds us daily that they, and only they are impartial--refuse to describe these actions in an honest manner, instead accepting and parroting the Hezbullah/Hamas party line of "Dead Peace-Seeking Civilians Massacred By Zionist Invaders."

I know I've described (initially) this incident in very incendiary terms. I'm not trying to excuse my fury. The press, though, is inexcusable for being complicit in the murder--by support and advocacy--of otherwise innocent life.

I've been told by readers, via e-mail, and have otherwise heard from "peace-loving" Muslims in my personal life, that Israel's imperialism and occupation has caused this violent reaction.

My response to this attitude is thus:--”If you view the "unjust" occupation of an area of land so infintessimally small as southern Lebanon (the Shebaa Farms) is sufficient reason to justify murdering innocent civilians by remote control, then you are part of the problem. Do you want Israel and the United States to withdraw from the area? Fine. You'll quickly find that these areas remain lawless bastions of murder and death, even without all of the billions of dollars of foreign aid that pours into the region (and is siphoned off into the bank accounts of terrorists).

This is the enemy, folks. There is nothing civilized about this, and there should be no negotiations with monsters like this!

And yes, Mr. Ballas, I called YOU a coward.

The same goes for the cowards at the Associated Press that continue to employ propagandists such as yourself.

Shame on all of you.

UPDATE 14:53 EST: In a brief update, I neglected to mention that Mr. Ballas has been deeply embedded with the enemy for quite some time now. He seems to have developed quite a knack for capturing these human shields, hard at work...

UPDATE 16:33 EST: Rewritten after a sufficient cooling-off period.

UPDATE 18:30 EST: Allahpundit and Confederate Yankee have suggested that this is an example of the latest fashion in "body armor" to protect against Zionist aggressors in "Occupied" Palestine. The same substance as "Soylent Green" indeed, AP! LOL!

UPDATE 8-SEP-2006 09:11 EST: Of course, this event seems to have been followed by The Traditional Rent-A-Mob Palestinian Funeral (is there a Qur'anic verse decreeing such media-driven events somewhere that I've missed?). Of course, my traditional name for this phenomenon is Target-Rich Environment. There's one more reason why liberals and Arabs should be glad that people like me aren't in charge... yet. Check out the pics for details and hilarity.

I say let all the "innocent" bystanders be killed. They're all terrorist murderers anyway!
#2 captainfish 07-Sep-2006
You know, not to belittle the extent to which human shields ARE used, but to me, this series of photos of the guy with the gun seems to show a staged event for the embedded cameraman. The people in the background are not cowering back, or peaking around a corner, or standing in a manner that would make the scene appear tense. The people look like they are watching a simple demonstration. Even the "gunner" is holding his cigarette while firing his weapon.

You know, it really seems to be overly dramatic for all of the wailing, gnashing of teeth, and waiving of arms in the air when one of their fellow murderers/terrorists/terrorist sympathizers gets killed. What do they expect if they are going to fight in a war!?!?!?!? And, why should the press be overly concerned when one of these killers gets their justice? Is the press at every killing of an Isreali?? No. They usually only cover the sorrow the family feels some time after. And it is usually only the Isreali press that does this.

The governments of this world really need to take a look at the MSM's actions. There IS a distinction between a free press and sedition.
#3 Rick 07-Sep-2006
Don't forget that the position of the photographer would put him in direct line of fire for the Israelis. To me, coupled with all the 'observers', it's just more evidence this is yet another staged photo.
#4 mc 07-Sep-2006
that is an Israeli made Galil sub machine gun.I wonder how he got it?
Muslims are peaceful. Remember that, or else!

Via Hot Air, Snapped Shot alerts us to new body armor being used by using by Palestinian militants. Lets see if I can provide you with a close-up view of that armor. Note that it is now available in two-ply....
#6 captainfish 07-Sep-2006
Hmmm.. Isreali weapons?? You mean those weapons that Isreal gave to the Palestinian policemen seemed to have landed into the wrong hands???

Wouldn't that be like us giving nukes to Iran and N. Korea!?!?

Hmmm,,, I think I like the rifle with the scope on it that the second guy is carrying around. Wouldn't that probably make him a sniper due to him being in an urban setting???
#7 captainfish 08-Sep-2006
Just saw your updated photos. Have you found the newest "Wailing Woman"?? With Orange Hair?!?!?!

Notice how they even seperate the women from the men during the funerals. Strange. Good Lord that is a GAGGLE of people. Those Brigade member sure do know alot of people. I think I know 20 people?!?!

RE: next to last photo. Hmm,, nice teeth. Nice manicure. Nice clothes.

Hmmm, since when did the flashing of the V for Victory sign appear in hate-filled funeral parades? (or was that "peace out"?)

Good Lord that is alot of people.
#8 Doda McCheesle 08-Sep-2006
The "wailing women" probably just lost a couple of houses to the zionazi destroyers... they celebrate when their children give themselves to allah...
#9 JustCurious 08-Sep-2006
I'm wondering why there are never any *tears* accompanying the wailing and gnashing of teeth... Is it too hot? Too dry for tears to form?

All I'm sayin' is...

Man, a daisy cutter would be perfect...
#11 Tim 13-Sep-2006
The scoped rifle is a U.S. SOPMOD (special forces) M4A1 carbine automatic.

In the first picture only the muzzle is visible below the right elbow of the man aiming around the building's corner. The third weapon in the first photo seems also to be U.S. made, but the view isn't clear enough to be sure.

If so, the visible weaponry includes an American military automatic, an Israeli military automatic, and an American semi-automatic hunting-style rifle with an extended magazine.

Then in the closeups of two men in a "funeral" procession, the armed one is carrying a U.S. M16A2 automatic. (At least in those shots there are also some AK variants in the background)

This strains credulity that these shots are even from a real firefight. It would be easier for me to believe that the "embedded" photog came across a village that included some folks with artillery who were willing to pose for his latest release. Palestinian militants almost universally carry AK's, even if an American weapon or two becomes available, because the NATO 5.62mm ammo is harder to come by.

And good call by Rick (#3) about the photog's position in those shots. He's wide open to return fire.

Yeah sure,

Why not celebrate when their children can go to heaven and........surprise......surprise, get thier share of virgins( 72 is the accepted figure), for doing "Allah's work". Should RoP be read as Religion of Pederasty?

I always love getting these little love letters from the Middle East.

Gee, I don't know, m2m. I can't see where Palestinians have *any* problems getting weapons from where I'm sitting:

Nice comparison to the Germans, by the way. That's bound to win you *tonnes* of arguments.
