Pictured above are Jalal Talabani, the recently re-elected President of Iraq, and Luis Ayala, who just happens to be Secretary General of the Socialist International. Both are attending the annual congress of that historically shady world body, which is coincidentally taking place at the OECD headquarters in Paris this year.
Given the Socialists' stunning history of success across Europe, I'm sure nothing could possibly go wrong as a result of the above friendship...
