Shockingly, it's rage.
Despite the fact that Kashmir (along with large areas of Pakistan) are experiencing devastating generational floods, and despite the fact that the drive from Srinagar to Leh—one of the hardest-hit of the areas in the region—is a mere 8 hours, this is what the Muslim population of Srinagar chooses to do in its spare time.
Islam is as dedicated to charity as ever.
(In case you were wondering: No, the gentleman above is not isolated.)
Kashmiri protesters shout anti-India slogans during a protest in Khonmuh, south of Srinagar August 10, 2010. Indian authorities on Tuesday re-imposed a curfew in parts of their controlled Kashmir to thwart anti-India protests planned by Kashmiri separatists. Since June, at least 50 people have been killed in the protests in Kashmir, which lies at the heart of more than 60 years of hostility between India and Pakistan. Both claim the region in full but rule in part. REUTERS/Danish Ismail (INDIAN-ADMINISTERD KASHMIR)

PS: I don't mean "Militants" explicitly in the title, because as you can see, they don't have guns. I will say, however, that I'm finding it difficult to come up with any other word to describe someone who can respond to a horrific disaster by protesting the government that's actually out there trying to save the lives of its citizens.
"Jerks," perhaps.
Or "Boobs."
Feel free to chime in with your own juvenile name-calling down in Ye Comments!
