More like News WEAK!

I've had a deep loathing for Newsweek ever since I can remember. And really, who can blame me, considering that they've treated every single issue within memory as being a matter of EVIL, DASTARDLY conservatives battling some über-principled starspirit of the left, and the heroic efforts of other leftists that matter the most.

Yeah, in light of all of that, I declare tomorrow to be Lord Nelson Muntz Day.

If you hear someone randomly shouting "HA ha!" in their office tomorrow, it's most likely me.

Both sources say that the magazine is considering slashing up to 1.6 million copies from Newsweek’s current rate base of 2.6 million, which would put the magazine’s rate base at 1 million.

at least they can still subtract correctly.
I say they subtract another 1 million.

You know, if a "conservative" media outlet had reported a slash of MORE THAN 60% of its reader base, the national media would be all over it declaring the end of conservatism.

But, this is just another log to throw on the evil bush economy spiel.
