One almost thinks that Reuters is purposefully trying to scare its readers with this pic.

Nothing at all like the pre-WW2 germany photos of jewish owned shops and homes being "labeled" jew or jewden.

It may not be a scare tactic toward others, but one in the vein of belittling Jews any way they can.
