It's a party, eh?
The Elder has more, and notes correctly that the image is locally-hosted. This just might be a sure-fire sign that Ramattan shouldn't be pulling random pictures off of the internet. Or it could just mean they need another English-language editor or two.
(I could swear that I saw that graphic somewhere else within the past week on one of Ye Parody Sites, but can't seem to find it at the moment. If any of y'all can place it, be sure to chime in down here.)
