dramatic decline in our quality-of-life up here, with many older areas being turned into illegal boardinghouses. Heck, we've even observed an increase in gang activity right down the street from us.

know they do, I'd be delighted to start collecting them here. Annandale, Springfield, I know you're out there. I'm talking 'bout
you here. It's high time that
somebody got Gerry's attention on this issue, and whadda ya know, I just
happen to know exactly where his corporate inbox is. Wink wink,
nudge nudge.
As an aside, I promise that I'll keep your identity confidential to the best of my ability.
