Rage Boy in Training

Original photo here.

Lookee lookee, it's a RBIT (pronounced "Ribbit," per the standards of Military Acronymification)

Kashmiri protesters shout pro-freedom slogans during the funeral of Mohammad Ramzan Shah in Dangiwacha, some 60 kilometers (38 miles) north of Srinagar, India ,Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007. Hundreds of angry villagers clashed with police Tuesday in the Indian-controlled part of Kashmir, claiming the army had killed Shah, who they said was a student, in a faked gunbattle and branded him a rebel. Mr. Bhat would definitely be proud. If he weren't so busy being angry, that is.

For more Rage Boys in Training, check out the extended version of this article. None of these guys can compare to the man himself, of course.

Update: Ouch, looks like Potfry & Co. got pwn3d by the Patent and Trade Office. You can always count on Gub'mint lawyers to remove any last vestige of fun from our public lives.

Not Rage Superstars

These are the runners up. If they keep up with their training, they might be superstars someday.

It's teh huge, right? Well, let's zoom out a bit and see:

Ah, I get it. They're doing their own impersonation of the Beatles. So that makes them, what, 200 people strong? Talk about a "majority" of the Kashmiri population...

The kid has potential...

The TNOYF post is pretty good. The government guy is quoting population statistics from CAIR's website in his letter. It would be funny if it weren't so pathetic.

HOLY CRAP.. he scared me.
He would make a ton of money on Halloween.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA

"(every time I read your words, my brain vomits just a little bit inside of my skull.). "

Wow, the patent lawyer went overdrive in his letter. Oh, BTW you imbecile to think that ISLAM means peace in the way that normal people think of Peace. Peace for us means contentment, satisfaction, acceptable tolerance, the total absence of any type of hostility. Somehow, I don't think ISLAM fits any of those. Ask a Shi'a Muslim if they can be tolerant of the Sunni brand of their religion.

BTW Brian, if you can post a hundred posts today, I can at least visit each one and deposit my snide remarks in each one. Make you feel needed.
#7 Darth Bacon 12-Sep-2007
"Peace" to Muslims means "Nobody left to resist Islam", and "Justice" means "Nobody resisting Islam".

They mean nothing like what the lefties hold them up as standing for.

Fuck 'em all, and let those pajama-clad monkey-bar experts try their shit here...

Thank God the captains are back from vacation.

Holy cow, I'm having a hard time keeping up with you over here! I definitely feel needed, if nothing else... :)

The article itself and the comments are a great example of the insensitivity some americans display to events around the world. You're actually making a joke of someones funeral procession !

I wonder if you guys would have found it as funny if this had been in, say, Iowa.
#11 Brian C. Ledbetter 12-Sep-2007
Chetan,

If there were a hypothetical funeral procession in Iowa that was as blatantly abused for propaganda purposes as this one was, then I'd have to say:

Yeah, I'd be laughing at it, too.

Seriously, you might want to leave your discrimination hobby-horse in the stable.

Regards,
Brian

"...You're actually making a joke of someones funeral procession !" - chetan

No, they're making a joke of of someone's funeral procession. As long as these "funerals" continue to be used for propaganda purposes, with all the menacing poses and gesticulations for the ever-present cameras, I'll keep laughing at them.
