One would have to be completely nutters to live in an advanced technological society the likes of Japan, and continually push for the peasant's life of Generalissimo Dear Leader Kim Jong Il's Travelling Socialist Paradise.

Update: On a serious note, it seems that once again, the West cannot take a dictator's word at face value. North Korea has carried out its first missile tests in almost a year, despite their promise to halt nuclear and weapons development in exchange for the loosening of foreign embargoes:
